We support you in the area of product development: Our experts are happy to advise you and accompany you through the entire process, including sample & specimen production as well as professional analytics in our in-house laboratory.

DIRECT FILLING

We fill for you directly from the tank truck into IBCs and drums; other containers are also possible on request. Please feel free to contact us.

CONTRACT MANUFACTURING

 

  • 2 double-walled, cool or heatable mixing vessels

  • 10 storage tanks á 30 m³ for acids & alkalis (e.g. HCl, NH3, NaOH, KOH)
  • 12 storage tanks á 12 m³ plus mixing tank for H2O2
  • Filling systems for containers from 10 to 1,000 liters
  • Storage area of 3,000 m² for:
    • oxidizing, toxic and corrosive substances
    • filled and ready-made containers
    • frost-sensitive products (storage temperature 25 °C)

AMINE

 

  • 4 storage tanks a 30 m³ for mono- , di- and triethanolamine
  • 1 mixing tank a 30 m³ for the production of aqueous mixtures
  • Plant for filling tank products in containers from 10 to 1,000 liters.

SOLVENTS

 

  • 13 underground storage tanks for organic liquids (glycols, glycol ethers, alcohols, etc.) with a total volume of 390 m³.
  • Filling facilities for containers from 10 to 1,000 liters
  • 1 storage hall with a capacity of 100 tons for highly flammable liquids
